Ya Ya are a delight to work. They always provides solutions not problems, is always available on email, although the phone system has been frustrating it seems to have improved over the past year. The summary emails she sends post lengthy telephone conversations are accurate and very helpful. It has defiantly been a learning experience for both parties in terms of the capability of the websites and our needs.
